RETURN/CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

RETURN POLICY

1.No return / refund for a confirmed order.

2.Replacement of damaged / incomplete books may be considered with free postal charges.

3. If the book delivered is damaged or a wrong title / material has been sent, it will be replaced.

4.If the original book is recalled, shalandi.in will bear the cost of recall.

5.Such complaints will be entertained only if they are lodged within two days of the delivery and found valid..

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. In the unlikely event that a book ordered by a customer is not available in stock, payment will be refunded.>

2. The refund / replacement will be initiated as soon as we receive the product from the Customer.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1.For all orders placed through bank transfer, the following delivery schedule will be applicable from the date of payment credited into our bank account.

2.Your order will be despatched within three days from the date of payment credited to our bank account. Shipping / delivery of books may be done through India Post or the best mode of shipping based on the shipping address..

3.Order placed through our online portal will usually be executed with following delivery deadlines.

To all metros and state capitals in India – 7 days

To all district headquarters – 10 days

To any other place – 12-15 days

4. Since Books will be dispatched through India Post, delivery time may vary at times.

5. India Post tracking number will be shared with the customers. They can track their consignment.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

1.The tariff for shipping / delivery charges will be paid as applicable while confirming the order.

2.For better delivery services, the complete delivery address, with PIN Code and telephone / mobile number should be mentioned in the order.

3.Books not delivered by delivery agent, due to wrong postal address or any other reason, will be considered for cancellation of the order, The amount will be refunded immediately on receipt of undelivered books.

However delivery charges will be deducted.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International delivery is not available at present.

DELIVERY CHARGES;

Delivery charge of Rs.40/- on purchases up to Rs.200/-.

Delivery charge of Rs.60/- on purchases between Rs.201/- to Rs.499/-.

Free shipping on purchases worth Rs. 500/- and above.

IMPORTANT

1.If the customers faces any problem during online transactios and bears loss, shalandi.in is not responsible for such wrong and erroneous transactions.

2. All precautionary measures are taken for safe and secured online transactions and customers are requested to do all these transactions dilligently.

3. However if any amount is wrongly credited to our account due to any wrong transaction, the same will be refunded after necessary verifications.
