1. Return and Exchange Policy

shalandi.in is committed to providing quality books. However, if there are any issues, we are ready to support returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Conditions for Return/Exchange:

  • Product has printing defects from the manufacturer (missing pages, faded print, inverted pages...).
  • Product is damaged during shipping (torn, wet, deformed).
  • Wrong product or wrong version delivered compared to the order placed.

Applicable period:

Please notify us within **02 days** from the date of receiving the Books.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us via email or hotline, provide the order code and image/video evidence of the product's condition.
  2. After confirmation, we will guide you on how to return the item.
  3. shalandi.in will send a new product or issue a 100% refund of the product value (excluding initial shipping fees) within 3-5 working days after receiving the returned goods.

**Note:** shalandi.in does not accept returns or exchanges due to reasons like "dislike" or "change of mind." The returned product must be intact and unused.

3. Shipping Policy

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • **In and around Bhubaneswar within 48 hours.
  • **Other cities:** 3-10 working days.

Delivery time may change due to objective factors (weather, epidemics, special events...). We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are calculated automatically on the checkout page based on the delivery address and order weight. We frequently offer **free shipping** programs for orders that meet a minimum value of Rs.500/- and above; please check the homepage for details.
